The option for a new appointment is in every case in the correct behaviour available and the new email, which opens after the click, gets the recipient automatically inserted. In outlook 2010 everything seems to work correctly. The main problem with the greyed out option in the right click menue seems the appear in outlook 2016 similar to outlook 2019.
